Delivery
Physical orders, including Alpaca Adoption Packs and Gift Cards upgraded to include a printed postcard, are normally dispatched within 2 working days of your order.
UK delivery is available to addresses with a UK postcode. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please allow additional time for deliveries to offshore and more remote UK addresses.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me at contactus@lydfordgorgealpacas.com and I will be happy to help.
Standard Gift Cards are delivered electronically and do not incur a postage charge. If you choose to upgrade your Gift Card to include a printed postcard, the physical postcard will be posted to the delivery address provided at checkout.
I do not currently offer international delivery as standard. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact me before purchasing to see whether delivery can be arranged.
Adoption Packages
Alpaca Adoption Packs are personalised specifically for the named adopter and cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.
Please check all names and other personalisation details carefully before completing your order. Your pack will be personalised using the information you provide, and I cannot be responsible for spelling or other errors in information supplied by you.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. If personalisation has not yet been completed, I will always try to make the change for you. If the pack has already been personalised, there may be an additional charge to replace personalised items.
If your Adoption Pack arrives damaged, faulty, or with an error that I have made, please contact me at contactus@lydfordgorgealpacas.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the problem. I will put it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
