Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Your chosen experience must be booked and attended before the expiry date shown on the voucher.
Expired Gift Cards cannot be accepted or extended.
Alpaca Adoptions
An adoption is for one named person only, and one name will appear on the adoption certificate.
Adopting an animal at Lydford Gorge Alpacas does not give the adopter any ownership rights over the animal.
Adoptions are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Adoption periods cannot be extended once they have expired.
Where an adoption package includes an experience Gift Card, the Gift Card is also valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is subject to our standard Gift Card and Experience Terms & Conditions.
If your adoption includes the opportunity to meet or trek with your adopted animal, we will always do our best to make this possible. However, we cannot guarantee that a particular animal will be available on the day of your visit. Animal welfare always comes first, and availability may be affected by health, behaviour, rest periods or our normal rotation of the herd.
Additional experience tickets may be purchased when redeeming an included Gift Card, subject to availability.
